Hey Kenta here and today, I’m going to share with you three of the best tools that I use for content marketing. Now, these are tools that I think are really essential. If you want to be cranking out a bunch of content for your marketing efforts in 2021.
So the three tools are Loom, HubSpot and of course, Milk Video. So let’s start with loom because in a very meta way, I’m actually recording this content right now off of Loom. What I like about loom is everything is cloud-based. As soon as you shoot the video, it’s going to take you over into their interface and you can download the video.
I’ll show you all of that as well as just go ahead and use that and share it off to any of your clients or any investors or anything like that. So Loom is a really great tool for quickly shooting videos.
And you can walk people through products, you can see my screen and if you wanted to, you could also just. Place yourself right here in the middle of your screen and make a, kind of a stylized talking head video like this, and it totally works. So now once you are done with the loom video, you basically have it onboarded or export it into the loom platform.
And from here, all you have to do is click download. Now I’ve already done that. I have a clip of mine that I had, just downloaded a couple of minutes, the example video of how you can utilize loom.
So the first tool is loom and this is why it’s so great because you don’t need to. I have a whole set up and have everything perfect. And trying to shoot these kind of over the top high production videos, you can just come on come onto a tool like
Loom and you have everything you need to walk people through your product or walk people through your business or your deck or anything like that. So that’s the first tool.
Now, the second tool I like to use is Milk Video. So Milk is essentially what I use to clip my videos into shorter form videos, and then make sure that everything looks good. It’s captioned it, stylized and designed. Yeah. This is thevideo right here. This is a tool right here, MilkVideo, Milk.Video.
And they really specialize in turning webinars into video highlights. But again, like I always say, if you’ve watched any of my other videos, I think they just do a really great job about simplifying the process of taking of type of long form content like webinars or any type of customer interviews and being able to clip exactly where you want it.
So I took my loom recording and I dropped it in here. So this is what the dashboard looks like. I’m not going to show you how to drop it in, because I think it’s pretty, self-explanatory, just take the video and drop it in right there.
So here’s my loom recording. I had done. Everything is all transcribed, as you can see, and you can see that you can also edit based off of the transcription, which is really great, especially for long form, because you don’t have to sit there using Adobe premiere or, iMovie here, something like that and sit and listen to which was that one part.
So I’m just going to take a clip of this. I think if you were basically a couple of this, if you were to basically couple this with a nicer web camera, you could have a really good and great video straight from Loom. Yeah.
So this part, I’m just going to grab this little paragraph. I’m going to click see or clip the section right here. And I have the clip right here. Now from here, I’m just going to go create as video preview and download. It’s going to take you over into the canvas section. So now that you’re in the canvas section, you’re ready to stylize how you want your video to look.
So obviously you can keep it really simple. You can have your video to the left and you can have your closed captions to the right. You can also go in here and go to a brand. Click out and you can choose different themes.
If you just wanted a white, if you want it to have kind of this cool purple color, you want it to be black and yellow. Whatever that is, you can come in here and change your theme easily. You can also custom choose your background color.
And also custom choose the active. This is your active color. So that’s when the caption is rolling. So I’ll make it red. I always make it red to show, make it easier to see. And also here is the one it’s basically dormant. So this is your inactive caption for, and if you were to basically yeah.
So what I’m going to do actually is I’m going to turn it into a square again, I’m still in the brand section. I’m going to make this a little bigger and then I’m going to put the caption right below.
Let’s do it like that. And then I’m also going to come over here to text to the left-hand side. Ooh, that’s a fun tax, huh. And I’m going to write three tools for content marketing. It’s a bit long. I can make it shorter, but I’m not going to, I’m also going to make the font smaller. Let’s say 48. Yeah. And then I’m going to change it to monster red. No Oswald. Yeah, let’s do that. All right.
So now it’s starting to shape up into what I want it to be for. For sharing. So there you go. So once I have it, how I want to, so again, let’s recap. I used a loom, I took a loom, I recorded the video. I threw it into Milk Video to quickly edit this content output right here. I’m going to go ahead and save and share that it’s going to take a minute and they’ll email me once it’s ready for download.
So that’s the second tool that I would use now. The third tool is I would use a tool like HubSpot, right? Loom creates the Video Milk Video helps you quickly edit it and design it into a really nice shareable piece of content. And then what I would use HubSpot is then to use HubSpot as the central space for them to determine where and how you want to distribute that content for marketing, or let’s say you made something very specific.
Piece of content that is very much catered to a certain client that you are building a relationship with. You can use HubSpot sales, CRM, and basically send that video over to whoever is, asking a specific question.
I also know HubSpot has a customer service feature. To also, again, if you make a bunch of loom videos, that’s walking through your product, you can use Milk to clip certain sections, and then you can send that to your to one of your customers, if they need, some sort of specific information out of a longer form video, anything like that.
So that’s how I would do it. Those are the three. Of the best and essential tools that
I’m really enjoying using right now for quickly a batch creating content and being able to find ways to distribute it for the marketing sales and customer service initiatives.

Hey, y’all Kenta here today. I’m going to teach you how to resize your long form live videos really quickly and very easily. So here’s the scenario you just finished a wonderful zoom webinar or a customer interview, or some sort of long form video interaction. And you want to be able to resize it for different applications and distribution channels.
So a couple of different ways you could do this. Of course you could go the traditional route, open up Adobe Premiere and then crop it there, get it to how you like it and put it out there. But I prefer a much faster way to do it And this is a tool that I’ve been really enjoying lately because this is the case.
I create these long form video interviews, podcasts, things like this. And I want to be able to just shape and shift it easily and batch publish it. So I’m going to just walk you through a tool called Milk Video.
It looks like this. Let me get myself. Out of the way. And this is what they specifically work on, right?
Basically helping you take your webinars, your education long forms and turn them into video highlights.
So when you log in and I have an account here, it takes you to this dashboard and you just have to drop any file in here. Any zoom file. So let’s go ahead and do that. Let’s see, have lots of zoom recordings here.
Let’s do this one. So you just wait. And it will upload. And what it’ll also do while it’s uploading is it’ll also start to transcribe your project, which is really awesome. This tool specifically helps you edit through your transcriptions, which makes it really easy. So you don’t have to sit there and listen to every little bit. And this is a really helpful way of editing if you’re editing a long form. And if you need to batch things, this one.
I think, Oh yeah, this is a video of me. I was utilizing zoom and connecting with my Fuji ex T3. You can actually see the quality of the video here is way better. And that’s because instead of a webcam
or my built in camera, I’m using now, I used a muralist who she executed, which is a really wonderful camera.
So let’s say I want to take this and I, I want to basically make it shareable on YouTube or LinkedIn
or your blog posts, whatever it is. So I’m going to just highlight the parts that I want to turn into a video.
So I’m going to actually highlight the entire video. It’s pretty short. It’s only 70 seconds. I’m going to go ahead and click see, or I can just hover in the clip section here. And while I, so now it’s created a clip and I just have to go create a video. You can bypass this part and I’m going to show you how to basically size it in different ways.
So as you can see here, it’s already been sized with this canvas around it for horizontal. If you want it to be square, all you have to do is go to the brand and then just change the canvas size so you can use square here. Boom.
And it’s as easy as that, but what if you want to, your Video, sweat fits the entire thing again really easy. I’ll walk you through it. First of all, you’re going to want to crop here and then you’ll want to click square and then yeah.All you have to do is just start to fit your video in. To the section here. So see, you’re starting ready to get it to fit. I’m going to go ahead and make sure it stretches out the entire thing. And then again, crop it.
Where are my edges here? Let’s see. So let’s see what it actually wants it to be. You could actually also just go here to the right and say 500 by 500, actually. That’s the way I should have done it. And then just stretch it out. Okay.
Perfect. Now it’s centered. I liked that. I also liked that it has a little border around it. That’s all great fits my t-shirt here. Okay. So where did the capturing go? Okay. The caption basically is still there. Let’s see. I just have to, there we go. So what was happening was the layers.
You see how the layers I had to make sure the caption layers on top. So that’s it. Actually. Now you have a resize Video that is square. Okay. Okay. What’s up? This is a little bit of an experiment. Perfect. Okay. So let me show you another way.
So if that’s all you wanted to see, that’s how you do it with this tool. It’s really fast. So again, instead of sizing it. Next time you can just go 700 by 700 and that actually does that perfect square for you. But let’s say you wanted to do landscape. What I would do is I think for 10 90 by 10 80, I think maybe that stops at 10 80 by night. Oh, you know what it is? It’s 1920. There you go. But 10 80. Okay.
So this is like a typical and then you can just go to fit here. You can go here and you can actually also make sure that we size it down. Okay. We’re getting there, everybody. Okay, here we go. And let’s change the height. So it’s a little bit more close to the crop. That was the problem.
Here you go. So you can just size it here, just like how you want it, which is really nice. Okay. So let’s say I like that. Now it’s in the center. Maybe bring it down a little bit. I want my text to be in
the center down here. Actually, you know what, and also let’s make the color of the feel a little different.
So let’s I’m going to make it pink and then this is going to be like let’s do it like that color. I’m like a white. Okay. So now when I play it, Hey, what’s up? This is a little bit of an experiment for me. It looks like that. Okay, cool.
So that’s how I would basically use this tool to crop it down, crop it into. Again, just let’s review here. You were going to go over it a brand, and then you have these two canvas options, either a
landscape at the typical 1200, 600 or a square, which is 700 by 700.
And then if you want the actual video itself to fit into the thing all you have to do is mimic it. So I think it was 1200 by 600, yeah, something like that. So that’s how to easily just edit it. And so there’s a lot of custom controls here, so it’s lot as soon as you get used to how everything works,
it’s this user flow is really fast. Okay.
So once you have everything to your liking, you’re just gonna come up here to save and share. It’s going to take about a minute export and they’ll email you when they are ready. So you don’t have to sit around and wait, when they do. I finally have everything Ready to download.
You’re going to come over to the download section here. There’ll be a link and I’ll shoot you straight to that video. And then you can see here all the other projects that I’ve created in the past. So I’ll show you an example of this video I had done right before this, and I can just go download. And then double click Save Video As and that’s it for this video.

So, you’ve hosted a webinar to connect with your audience and develop your sales funnel – now what? The goal is to turn those webinar attendees into customers, and the best way to do that is to have a solid strategy for email follow-up.
Here are some tips to help you start converting those viewers into paying customers!
Choose the Right Subject Line
There is a good chance that your audience is already inundated with emails in their inbox, so choosing the right subject line is important to help you stand out.
Do your best to personalize the subject line and use a direct tone of voice. This will help catch their attention and appear less like an auto-generated follow-up email.
Try something like this:
[First Name], thanks for joining our webinar, here are some bonus resources
[First Name], here’s a link to a webinar recording for you
[First Name], how did you like our webinar about [subject]?
Using this type of language will show that there is a real human behind the messaging and encourage them to open up the email. Similarly, it’ll keep your messages from ending up in the spam folder!
Once you’ve chosen the subject line, it’s time to move on to the wording inside of the email. When you connect with people who viewed the webinar, you want to strike while your content is still relevant and fresh in their minds.
Always send them recap materials, bonus resources, and a link to the webinar recording and clips. Remember to keep your emails short and to the point, though. People will simply move on to the next email if they open yours up and see paragraphs of text!
Like with the subject lines, use a direct voice and friendly tone. Thank them for attending your webinar, provide them with the resources you promised, and ask for a response.
Whether you ask for feedback, availability to answer any questions, or to set up a 1-on-1 meeting, the idea is to get them to respond and engage with your brand.
In other words, getting this follow-up message right is essential for moving your prospects through the webinar sales funnel!

How Do you Reach Out to Those that Didn’t Attend?
While it might seem obvious that you need to send a follow-up email to everyone who attended, make sure that you don’t neglect those who registered but couldn’t make the event.
They likely registered because they were interested in learning about the topics that were going to be discussed, don’t write them off just because they didn’t attend! Something could have come up in their schedule, or perhaps they simply forgot.
Sending them a follow-up email reminds them why they were interested in connecting with you in the 1st place, and if you give them enough attention you increase your chances of eventually converting them into a customer.
So, what should your message look like for people that didn’t show up to the webinars?
Start by acknowledging that they didn’t attend and give them a link to a recording so they can watch it on their own time. Consider inviting them to another webinar and offer additional materials that relate to the topic of the meeting. You can even ask for a 1-on-1 meeting at a time that’s convenient for them!

Use These Templates to Increase your Webinar ROI

Hey, how’s it going everybody? Kenta T. Naoi here today.
I wanted to show you how you can take a long form piece of content. Something like a webinar or something live and recorded. Online training a video interview that you did on zoom, things like this and teach you how to basically take those long form pieces of content and then chunk it up so that you can turn out a lot of micro or shorter forms of evergreen content.
So if you’re taking, try to look for something that is going to help you take something long form to short form evergreen content. Cause you got those nuggets of great information in those pieces of videos, then this video is for you. Now, when I was scrolling through LinkedIn, I saw a perfect example. So I wanted to show you what I’m going to show you how to create today, which is a video a little bit like this. So you see this I don’t know who this is this guy is doing a video about public speaking. I think he is a CEO at Kitson consultancy. I don’t, I don’t know, but basically he wants to share a little bit about some information that he thinks is going to be helpful for his audience.
So you made a clip like this. So this format is very common. You’ll see this a lot. So you got the horizontal video, you got the kind of header at the top that is going to catch your attention.
And then of course you got the captions on the bottom, which is super, super helpful to increase engagement because not everybody’s going to be listening at work or in transit or whatever that may be. So I’m going to show you how to make something like this from a longer video.
The video tool I’m going to use today is called a Milk Video. And the reason why I’m using this is I typically prefer these kinds of dashboard, video video editing systems over something like Adobe premiere when it comes to quickly taking something that is already a computer based
like something that’s already, cloud-based like zoom videos or something like this, and then effectively turns out a bunch of pieces of content when you put it into Adobe Premiere. And I’m speaking as a video editor.
Then, trust me, it takes a little bit longer because you actually have to go in and listen and clip everything out. I’m going to show you why Milk Video is specifically really easy to use.
So when you sign up for Milk Video, this is what the website looks like. MilkVideo.com You’re going to come into this dashboard. And the cool thing about Milk Video and I’ll show you in a second is they allow you to edit based on the transcription itself. And you’re going to want to do that again because it’s way easier to actually just read through your transcription rather than having to sit there and listen, and remember, Oh yeah. At what point of the conversation did we say this?
That is the part that you know that we want to clip as evergreen content. So really easy.
First you’re going to have to take a video clip.
So this is a clip I did with a friend. We were, we were basically, I was interviewing him about self-employed taxes. So I’m going to drag that in here. And just give it a second. It’s going to upload and transcribe everything. So I did that earlier.
So actually, do you already have a clip here as you can see here is the transcription of the entire call. And all I have to do here is again, instead of having to say here and like try to listen.
Oh, which part was, did he say that I can actually just quickly skim. So I’m going to quickly skim. Let’s see. Hmm. So let’s see, he says here, just make sure that you make those purchases and it’s completed. So I don’t know what he’s talking about here, but I’m going to, I’m going to clip that.
So click see the clip and once you’ve clicked it, you’re going to see on the left notice on the left hand side. You are basically going to start getting piling up a bunch of your clips. So again, if you want to just sit down once and clip out a bunch of micro pieces of content, evergreen pieces of content for you from a long form, this tool is so, so great. I’m just going to go through and like, let’s say there’s like another piece of thing right here. So I go, wow. Okay. Wow. That blows my mind.
He was educating me about Roth IRA, things like that. So I’m going to highlight that. I want to turn that into an evergreen piece of content. So again, click see that’s going to
clip it and I just keep doing that. You see, see how easy it is. So maybe there’s like another piece I want to clip here. And just clip that again. So now once you start to pile up a bunch of these clips and just go through your long form content and just start to cut these out. You’re going to have a bunch of clips decide, and you’re going to want to turn them into videos.
Of course. Right?
So you hover over, you’re going to create, create as video feel free to bypass this part.
It’s going to basically give you a little preview of what you can do.
And ultimately when you click ready to go, it’s going to take you to the editor now, depending on what you want the size of your video to be, maybe you want it to be horizontal for YouTube, or maybe you want it to be square because you want to put it out on another, you know, social media platforms that are more vertical or square oriented. So if that’s the case, you’re going to come over here and you click the brand and just easily resize by choosing landscape, which is what it’s in now or square.
It’s his you can also choose to do custom with, if you wanted to, like, let’s say 1280 by 1920.
That gets you a vertical format if you need something for
vertical, but again, I’m just going to do square for now. I’m going to grab my text here and I’m going to show you how to make a piece of content.
Like we just saw. So what I’m going to do is I’m going to elongate that. Cause I think that’s what it was. I’m going to crop it. Okay. Crop it. So it’s just this part.
Yup. There we go. Yeah, there we go. So now it’s a little bit nicer, right? Okay. Then I’m going to put the clip on the bottom here when, I mean clip, I mean the caption so they can read it. And then at the top I add text, a title. So the title for this one is going to be something like get your taxes done. Or how about a big tax tip? That’s a big, big catcher.
So put that on there at the top and boom, that’s it. Right. So that’s a kind of, exactly what we’re wanting to do. I mean, again, this is linear, and horizontal. I mean but we got the top techs, you got the bottom and you got the video and it was super, super fast to do that. Right. Only took me a matter of minutes.
And from here, I can either go through the themes and actually try to change the, you know, the different colors that I like. Or if you want to use custom colors, let’s say you are a brand, your color is specifically oops, that was my fault. I scrolled out of it. Give it a second. Okay.
So let’s say your brand colors are not yellow, but they are these dark blue. And then you can come here. You can change the fill color here. I’ve been, just do white.
Let’s say the fill color here is let’s say like red. Oh. Now I can be a little bit more active. Yeah. And I think, yeah, exactly. I think being active, there we go.
The video has chosen not to show that’s, I’m sure we can easily fix that. You can see here that you have the layers. Let’s see that, that, that, that okay. So if something weird, like this happens really easy to fix, it was my fault. Actually let’s re just reset it. Reset. Reset it. Do. You can open your layer. I’m actually deleting that video layer. And then I’m actually gonna re add the video here. There we go.
And again, I’m just gonna easily crop it in and done. Okay. Cool. I like that. So from here on, I’m going to click save and share. It’s going to show me the dimensions. It’s going to show me the quality and tell me about the export time of one minute. Start to export.
So that’s it pretty much the next step is you’re going to want to download it. So if you come to the download section to the left, it’s going to show you that right now it’s processing, exporting your video.
It should also send you an email letting you know, once something is done. So you don’t have to always kind of sit and wait, but when you’re ready to download you, just come to the side section over here. And then you’re gonna click over to the video.
I’ll show you with another video I’ve made before.
So this is a video I had made earlier than you just clicked download from here. And then either depending on the browser that you’re using, it might just download right away.
